Dr. Cooper is originally from Oklahoma City, OK and relocated to New Mexico after starting a family. From childhood, Dr Cooper always had a deep desire to be a doctor, and she successfully pursued this dream after she became a mother. Having the unique experience of becoming a mother prior to practicing medicine, Dr Cooper obtained a valuable head start in understanding her patient’s needs. As a parent, Dr Cooper has firsthand knowledge of what her families experience daily. She sees how important health factored into the life of a child, as well as the entire family. She understands the importance of partnership between patient families and their doctor, giving great attention to fostering and nurturing these relationships. Your child’s healthcare is a team effort.
Upon relocating to Arizona, Dr. Cooper has continued to hone her skills in Pediatrics at various clinics and hospital facilities. She understands that her vision for Arizona’s children and their communities requires embracing and adopting an all-inclusive healthcare approach, through collaborations amongst all preventive sectors. With this in mind, Foundations Pediatric Clinic was born.
